一、優惠期及產品／贈品供應

· 限時優惠之優惠期將顯示於適用產品之頁面上，顧客必須於指定優惠期內完成下單及付款程序，方可享有相關優惠。

· 所有產品、折扣名額及贈品數量有限，先到先得，售完即止。

二、優惠碼及折扣使用限制

· 優惠分攤：本次活動之滿減／滿額折扣（如買滿 HK1,000 減 HK200、買滿 HK2,200 減 HK420 等）屬於全單組合優惠。系統已將相關優惠金額，按訂單內各商品（包括主機、組合套裝及消耗配件）之原價比例自動分攤至每件商品。

· 部分退款與門檻重算：若顧客申請部分商品退貨／退款，退款金額將按該商品扣除分攤優惠後之實際實付金額計算。如退貨後導致剩餘保留商品之總金額未能達致原滿減門檻，該訂單所享有之滿減優惠將會被取消，並於退款中扣除相應之折扣差額。

· 贈品退回規定：如申請訂單退款（包括全單或部分退款），必須將該訂單所附贈之全新未拆封贈品一併退回。若贈品未能退回、已被拆封使用或損壞，本公司將按該贈品於官網之零售價，直接從退款總額中扣除。

· 本公司保留拒絕惡意湊單、頻繁拆單退款等異常交易之權利。

四、配送服務

· 訂單將根據本網站之「送貨條款」提供免費送貨服務（適用於指定滿額訂單）。

· 惟「即日送貨」或指定急件服務有機會不適用於大促或推廣活動期間之訂單，且可能需要較長時間方可送抵，敬請見諒。

I. Promotional Period and Product/Gift Availability

· The promotional period for limited-time offers will be displayed on the applicable product pages. Customers must complete the order and payment process within the specified promotional period to be eligible for the relevant offers.

· All products, discount quotas, and free gifts are available in limited quantities, on a first-come, first-served basis, and while stocks last.

· Free gifts are available while stocks last. If necessary, the Company reserves the final right to substitute any gift with another item of equivalent value or a designated alternative without prior notice.

II. Promo Codes and Discount Usage Restrictions

· Only one promo code can be applied per checkout. Promo codes cannot be combined with free gift promotions, add-on offers, or special bundle promotions, and are applicable only to designated products.

· Site-wide discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with welcome/new customer discount codes.

III. Tiered Discounts, Discount Allocation, and Refund Policy

· Discount Allocation: Tiered/amount-off discounts for this event (e.g., HKD 200 off HKD 1,000, HKD 420 off HKD 2,200, etc.) are order-wide combination offers. The system has automatically allocated the discount amount proportionally based on the original prices of each item in the order (including main devices, value sets, and consumable accessories).

· Partial Refunds and Threshold Recalculation: If a customer applies for a partial return/refund, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid for that item after deducting its allocated discount. If the remaining retained items fail to meet the original spend threshold after the return, the tiered discount enjoyed by the order will be canceled, and the corresponding discount difference will be deducted from the refund amount.

· Return of Free Gifts: If requesting an order refund (including full or partial refunds), all brand-new, unopened free gifts attached to the order must be returned together. If the free gift cannot be returned, has been opened or used, or is damaged, the Company will deduct the retail value of the free gift (as listed on the official website) directly from the total refund amount.

· The Company reserves the right to reject abnormal transactions, including but not limited to malicious order splitting, abusive item pooling, and frequent returns.

IV. Delivery Services

· Orders will be provided with free delivery services in accordance with the website's "Delivery Terms" (applicable to designated orders meeting minimum spend criteria).

· Please note that "Same-Day Delivery" or designated express services may not be applicable during major sales or promotional campaign periods, and delivery times may take longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.
