重要通知:順豐香港 SFHK APP 保安升級
由於順豐香港 SFHK APP 保安升級,2024 年 8 月 6 日起,順豐香港 SFHK APP 取件通知功能將正式取代 SMS 短訊通知形式。為確保您及時接收快件運送提醒,建議開啟手機推送通知,亦可於順豐香港 SFHK APP 內實時追蹤快件狀態,掌握物流動態。
運費標準
1. 香港及澳門地區(本地配送)

2. 國際物流(含台灣地區)
- 國際配送統一收取額外運費 HKD$300;
- 清關手續由我方全權負責,無需客戶額外操作;
- 台灣地區用戶須提供有效身份 ID、真實姓名及聯絡電話,否則可能影響清關及配送時效。
配送限制與注意事項
- 不支持郵政信箱(P.O Box)送貨,請提供非郵政信箱的有效收件地址;
- 上述運費不含特殊場景附加費:如送貨地址無電梯、貨物無法放入電梯需人工搬運等情況,將收取額外搬運費用;
- 如需查詢特殊地址的附加費報價,請在下單前聯絡客戶服務確認。
送貨狀態查詢
所有訂單均由順豐速運負責配送,查詢方式如下:
- 通過順豐速運官方網站、SFHK APP 輸入運單編號(物流確認郵件中提供)查詢實時狀態;
- 聯絡順豐速運客服熱線:2730 0273;
- 未預約送貨時間的訂單,可通過 WhatsApp(電話:9717 0665)聯絡客戶服務協助跟進。
退件與重新配送說明
若訂單因以下原因被退回,我方可提供重新配送服務,但需客戶承擔再次配送的運費,原運費不予退還:
- 收件地址錯誤、提供郵政信箱或酒店地址;
- 多次配送失敗、收件人拒絕接收包裹;
- 拒絕提供身份證件複印件(適用於台灣及部分國際訂單);
- 未遵守海關相關政策或拒絕繳納應繳稅費(如有)。
送貨時效
- 香港、澳門地區:2-3 個工作日(以香港營業日計算);
- 其他國際地區(含台灣):7-15 個工作日(不含清關時間,具體時效根據目的地海關效率略有調整);
- 上述時效不包含預購產品訂單,預購產品配送時效將另行通知。

Important Notice: SFHK APP Security Upgrade
Starting from August 6, 2024, the SFHK APP pickup notification function will officially replace SMS notifications. To ensure you receive delivery alerts in a timely manner, please enable mobile push notifications. You can also track your shipment status in real-time through the SFHK APP.
Shipping Fees
1. Hong Kong & Macau (Local Delivery)

2. International Shipping (Including Taiwan Region)
- A uniform additional shipping fee of HKD$300 applies to international deliveries;
- Customs clearance is fully handled by us, no extra operations required from customers;
- Customers in Taiwan Region must provide valid ID, real name, and contact phone number, otherwise customs clearance and delivery time may be affected.
Delivery Restrictions & Notes
- Shipping to P.O Boxes is not supported. Please provide a valid delivery address that is not a P.O Box;
- The above shipping fees do not include surcharges for special scenarios: such as delivery addresses without elevators, goods that cannot fit into elevators requiring manual handling, etc. An additional handling fee will be charged;
- To inquire about surcharge quotes for special addresses, please contact customer service before placing an order.
Order Tracking
All orders are delivered by SF Express. Tracking methods:
- Track real-time status by entering the waybill number (provided in the shipping confirmation email) on the SF Express official website or SFHK APP;
- Contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline: 2730 0273;
- For orders without scheduled delivery time, contact customer service via WhatsApp (Phone: 9717 0665) for assistance.
Return & Redelivery Policy
If an order is returned for the following reasons, we can provide redelivery service, but the customer shall bear the redelivery fee, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded:
- Incorrect delivery address, P.O Box, or hotel address provided;
- Multiple failed delivery attempts or recipient refusing to accept the package;
- Refusal to provide ID copy (applicable to Taiwan and some international orders);
- Failure to comply with customs policies or refusal to pay applicable taxes (if any).
Delivery Timeframe
- Hong Kong & Macau: 2-3 business days (based on Hong Kong business days);
- Other International Regions (including Taiwan): 7-15 business days (excluding customs clearance time; specific timeframe may vary slightly depending on the customs efficiency of the destination);
- The above timeframes do not apply to pre-order items. Delivery time for pre-order items will be notified separately.
